Sports
Sports provide unlimited opportunities for developing human abilities, both physical and mental. It is through Sports that one learns to acquire many useful skills required for overall development of a human body. Thus Sports may be considered as one of the greatest factors for developing one’s personality. Developed nations around the world accord top priority to sports in their national development programs.

A student requires recreational means to unwind from academic rigours. The sporting activities thus provide such cathartic opportunities that revive the physical and mental energies of a student. These activities not only inculcate kinship among the students but also builds there character. Sports and Physical Education is thus generally regarded as integral part of General Education.
