Objective

     The objectives of the Joint Educational Programmes, Linkages and Agreements with the different countries are:
1.  to strengthen friendly relations between the countries through enhancing and deepening cooperation in the fields of higher education and scientific research. 
2.  to encourages the establishment of bilateral cooperation between the Universities. 
3.  to cooperate in the exchange of experience, information in the higher educational, scientific, technological spheres and       scientific research
