The Strategy

Under IPFP, fresh PhD Scholars are placed in various public / private sector universities, preferably nearest to the domicile city of the Scholar, for a period of one year. This serves as an impetus for the scholars to excel in their field and secure a permanent position. The program is open to all fields.
