Whereas, Human Resource Development is a dynamic, continuing and empowering process designed to influence the cognitive, professional, physical and spiritual facets of the employees in a manner to align their personal development with the organizational growth and success. Work environment, level of technology and services, training and capacity building, rules, procedures and permissible flexibilities therein; recognition of fundamental rights, etc. all influences the skill, commitment and motivational levels of the employees ultimately determining the performance excellence and accomplishment level of an organization. Accordingly the Human Resource Management Division of HEC endeavors to build human resources that are talented, motivated and committed to excellence in work and conduct and are willing to assume responsibility, inspire change, lead and serve HEC to best of their abilities in its pursuit for socio-economic development of the country.
