Matsumae International Foundation (MIF) has announced the fully funded research fellowship program for 2024 in Japan. The objective of research program is to provide research opportunities for brilliant candidates around the world. Fields like natural sciences, engineering and medicine will be given first priority. Following are the eligibility requirements to avail the opportunity:
- Applicants must obtain an invitation (acceptance) letter from host university in Japan.
- Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree and be at 49 years of age or younger at the time of application.
- Applicants must have sufficient English or Japanese language fluency and should not have past or recent experience of staying in Japan.
- Applicants must have an occupation in home countries and return there after completion of their fellowship tenure.
The application submission will start from 1st April 2023 till 30th June 2023. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria have to submit application directly via application@mif-japan.org. Application form and instructions for application are given in booklet that is available at EAD website www.ead.gov.pk.
