The Government of the Sultanate of Oman has announced fully funded and tuition fee waiver scholarships — including Pakistani nationals under the Omani Program for Cultural and Scientific Cooperation. These scholarships offer the opportunity to pursue Bachelor's degrees in Engineering, Humanities, IT, and Sciences (excluding Medicine) at selected private and public higher education institutions across Oman.

Important Notice: Applicants are required to apply directly on university websites for the tuition fee waiver undergraduate scholarship before the deadline of each individual university, the details of universities are also provided. Note that HEC is only advertising this scholarship, and there will be no financial liability regarding this scholarship.
Important Notice: There are two (2) seats available for undergraduate fully funded scholarship, and Higher Education Commission (HEC) will nominate applicants based on valid USAT test score. Note that being nominated does not confirm the award of scholarship, final decision will be made by the donor agency. Furthermore, HEC will have no financial liability regarding the above-mentioned scholarship opportunity.
