Offer letter from foreign university/supervisor where applied for.

Recommendation of the Local supervisor on the letter head dully stamped.
Please NOTE:

No soft copy of these documents would be considered for issuance of NOC.

Post these documents to HEC and after receiving of these documents maximum one week time will be required for issuance of NOC.
