• Apply online at: http://eportal.hec.gov.pk/loa . After successful submission of the application, get its printed copy signed by applicant.

• Apply online at https://inetapps.nus.edu.sg/gda2/Home.aspx. After successful submission of the online application, Keep printed copy of successfully submitted application form by the candidate.

• Send hard copy of above application forms to HEC in separate spiral binding along with attested copies of all educational documents and attested copies of CNIC, IBCC equivalency certificate (if required), HEC equivalency in case of foreign degree qualification previously, a study plan or research proposal (800 words for Masters), language proficiency certificate from previous degree awarding institute or IELTS/TOEFL results, NOC if employed, copy of valid ordinary passport (first two pages), attested copy of medical certificate from a Govt. hospital, police clearance certificate (Non-criminal Record) before the deadline 31st December, 2018.

 NOTE:

1. HEC endorses equal opportunity, therefore, females are encouraged to apply.
2. HEC will shortlist eligible applicants on the basis of selection criteria set by donor, highest academic merit and relevant professional experience.
3. Incomplete applications or applications not submitted on both online portal will NOT be considered. The recommendation of nominating agency i.e. HEC will be final and binding.
4. Please note that HEC has facilitation role in nomination process, as final selection will be made by the donor country/University. Further, HEC will have no financial liability regarding this scholarship.
5. In case of submitting false information at any stage, HEC reserves the rights to cancel and debar for all future scholarships as well as impose penalty, as decided by HEC.
6. It is the sole responsibility of applicants to ensure that they apply to HEC Online e-portal and National University of Singapore online application portal simultaneously before the deadline of 31st December 2018, as applications submitted after the deadline shall NOT be entertained in any case.
