How To Apply
  • ​​​​​All applications must be submitted through the HEC online portal research.hec.gov.pk​ by the applicants.
  • The applicants are required to fill all the sections of online application form and upload all the mandatory documents in pdf format.​
  1. ​​Curriculum Vitae of the Applicant ; CVs should be of a standard form (maximum 2 pages) listing Personal details, Education and employment history, research projects, publications, patents, honors, service contributions, etc.      
  2. Three Letters of Support: From three endorsers on prescribed endorsement form.
  3. Copy of publications in support of the information provided e.g. copies of research articles, books, patents etc.
  4. Short Video Clip of 2-3 minute duration to demonstrate evidence of lasting impact of research excellence and innovation at the applicant’s/publication’s credit.
  5. Declaration Certificate
