During the academic year 2025–26, NAHE successfully conducted multiple cohorts of the IPFP Professional Development Program, training a total of 255 fresh PhD graduates. The program demonstrated strong female participation, reflecting NAHE's commitment to gender inclusivity. Participants benefitted from expert-led sessions, interactive workshops, and hands-on academic activities, resulting in enhanced teaching competence and research readiness.
