Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply through online google forms along with the following documents (Documents are to be uploaded in the google forms in one pdf form). The application form will remain open from 26th July 2026 to 14th August 2026, for submission of applications. Parent and Host university must be a member of the CPEC Consortium of Universities
- CNIC and proof of Pakistani/AJK nationality
- Current full-time enrolment certificate showing the admission/ enrolment date and program issued by local supervisor/university
- Matric, Intermediate Documents, Bachelor/Master's Degrees and transcripts
- Approved research topic and synopsis
- Research statement (Letter highlighting the feasibility of research work and its future use)
- Official invitation/acceptance letter from the Chinese host supervisor
- Applicants are encouraged to apply if they are eligible and fulfil the basic criteria.
- Parent and Host university must be a member of the CPEC Consortium of Universities
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained and discarded.
- Applicants are advised to carefully review their application status after completing the online form. Only applications with status “Submitted" will be entertained. Applications in “Saved" status shall be treated as incomplete and will not be considered.
- A hard copy of the application will be required after selection.
