Financial provisions for MS Program
- Maintenance Allowance:
A maintenance allowance of up to a maximum of USD 1,600 per month, or the approved stipend rate (notification attached) applicable to the country of study under the financial provisions of the program, shall be payable for a maximum period of 24 months. This allowance covers accommodation, course literature, visa-related expenses, and other approved living expenses.
- Tuition Fee:
HEC will contribute up to a maximum of USD 4,000 per annum, or the equivalent amount in the applicable currency, towards tuition fees for a maximum period of two (02) years. Any tuition fee exceeding this limit shall be covered through a tuition fee waiver or borne by the scholar.
- Health Insurance:
Health insurance (where applicable) shall be reimbursed on an actual cost basis, up to a maximum of USD 600 per annum, or the equivalent amount in the applicable currency, for a maximum period of two (02) years.
- Round-Trip Airfare:
The cost of one economy-class round-trip air ticket shall be reimbursed on an actual-cost basis, subject to a maximum of PKR 250,000 one-way journey, in accordance with the financial provisions and policy of the program.

- Maintenance Allowance:

This allowance covers accommodation, course literature, visa-related expenses, and other approved living expenses.

HEC will contribute up to a maximum of USD 4,000 per annum, or the equivalent amount in the applicable currency, towards tuition fees for a maximum period of four (04) years. Any tuition fee exceeding this limit shall be covered through a tuition fee waiver or borne by the scholar.
