Application Procedure


  1. Apply through HEC online application portal seedsprogramme.hec.gov.pk
  2. Please follow the instructions and fill out the online application completely and submit it.
  3. HEC reserves the right to conduct interviews of initially shortlisted candidates.
  4. Incomplete or saved application on HEC online portal will not be considered.
  5. The recommendation of nominating agency i.e. HEC will be final and binding.
  6. Hard copies of the document is not required.
  7. The deadline to apply for this program is  26th September 2022.
