HEC

​​​The applicant must fulfill all the fields of the HEC application form (Online) and IUT Application Form, no column or field should be left unfilled, follow the procedure mentioned at step 1 and step 2.

Note:

1. To avoid frustration at later stages, please only apply if you fulfill IUT criteria and if you can provide all required documents by closing deadline to HEC, as HEC will only consider applications complete in all aspects.
2. Please only apply in mentioned subjects/fields, applications in other subjects will automatically be considered rejected.

A) Step 1: HEC Online Application: 

• Apply online at: http://scholarship.hec.gov.pk/ after registering and filling your profile, please select "Learning Opportunities Abroad". After submission of the application, get its printed copy to be signed by applicant. HEC online application portal shall close on Friday, 11 April 2025 (04.00 PM Pakistan Standard Time).
• Before applying, kindly update your HEC profile with latest personal email and cell number and updated information. You are advised to complete and submit your application as soon as possible, as the online application system will be very busy in the days leading up to the application deadline. After successful submission of the application at HEC portal, retain printed copy application form signed by yourself.
• Submit the online HEC application form. Save the copy for yourself.​
  

B) Step 2: IUT Application:

Download and fill IUT application form available at Application Form Bachelor's.pdf & Application Form Master's.pdf and attach all the required documents i.e. educational documents, police clearance & medical certificate for submission to HEC. Meet all the requirements/documents prescribed in above attached form.

Incomplete applications or applications received after due date will NOT be accepted.
