Principal Investigator (PI) must be a faculty member of Higher Education Institutions (public and private) in Pakistan collaborating with U.K partner institution and non-academic partner.
The Consortia may include:
- Centre of excellence in related field
- Research partner from third country (with ready financial contribution)
