Batch-I

​​​The provisionally selected candidates under Batch I of the "Postdoctoral Fellowships Programme (Phase III)-HEC" are required to send following documents by 31st October 2020 at the latest:

  1. Acceptance Form (download)
  2. Legal documents (Annex I, II, III, IV, V, VI)
  3. An NOC from parent department/university (if not submitted earlier).
  4. Offer letter by supervisor/university abroad confirming invitation submitted with the application.
  5. Copy of Valid Passport (ALL pages).
  6. Medical Certificate / Medical Report endorsed by a classified Doctor of Government Hospital only.
  7. Copy of both sides of HEC attested PhD degree (for local PhD) or equivalence certificate (for foreign PhD) issued by HEC (the copy should be attested by Class-I Gazetted Officer).

  9. Undertaking for No postdoc (as per format) 
The above mentioned documents should are required in both hard and soft form. The hard copy should reach following address latest by the date mentioned above. The soft copy in ONE PDF file should be emailed to postdoc3@hec.gov.pk:

In order to facilitate scholars, Final Award Letters will be issued as soon as above documents are vetted by audit department so that scholars may apply for visa and study leave.
By hand submission will not be accepted. All scholars are advised to use courier/postal and email service only. Those who have already submitted documents need not to re-send. However, they will have to forward the undertaking mentioned at Sr # 9 above."​
