- Utilize conventional, virtual, and blended modes of teaching to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Design and implement appropriate assessment and evaluation mechanisms aligned with learning objectives, particularly for new and early-career faculty roles.
- Promote and contribute to a robust research culture by conducting impactful research aligned with emerging societal and developmental needs.
- Demonstrate commitment to lifelong learning and continuous professional development in pursuit of academic and institutional excellence.
Selection Criteria for Participants
Following would be the selection criteria for the participants of the training:
- The Nominee should be a full time Associate Professor of Public Sector HEIs.
- Nominee should be of maximum 45 years age. However, the age parameter can be relaxed by the Managing Director (NAHE) on a case-to-case basis owing to compassionate grounds.
Certification
The certificate will be jointly awarded by the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), HEC, Islamabad, and the host university. It will be awarded to participants who have achieved a minimum of 90% attendance in all sessions and has successfully completed the training.
