Apply online at: https://scholarship.hec.gov.pk .
After registering and filling your profile, go to dashboard and click “Learning Opportunities Abroad (LOA)" and select "Moroccan Govt Scholarship Program 2026" in the application form.
- After submission of the application, get its printed copy to be signed by applicant. Do not send hard copies at this stage of the process. Only nominated candidates will be contacted for submission of hard copies of the documents.
- Make sure to use your own operational contact number and email address in HEC scholarship portal for communications regarding nomination results and documentation. In case of misinformation and wrong contact information, applicant's application may be subjected to ineligibility.
- Only submitted applications will be considered for nominations. Applications marked as saved will not be considered.
Note-II: Applicants applying for medical/dental fields are required to follow the updated instructions provided by the PMDC regarding admissions in foreign institutions.
