The Government of Cuba has offered eleven (11) undergraduate scholarships for Pakistani nationals for the academic year 2026–27. This initiative has been undertaken to strengthen and promote bilateral relations between the Government of Cuba and the Government of Pakistan, particularly in the field of higher education and human resource development.

- Medicine – 10 seats
- Other Programs – 1 seat
