Upon completion of NAHE professional development programs, participants are expected to:
- Demonstrate improved understanding of rules, procedures, and organizational processes.
- Apply modern administrative, managerial, and communication practices in their work.
- Exhibit enhanced teamwork, professionalism, and ethical behaviour.
- Contribute more effectively to planning, coordination, and decision-making processes.
- Improve efficiency, accountability, and quality of service delivery within HEC.
