Alumni can enter the awards to spotlight their achievements and the impact of their work, raising their international profile with the diverse network of alumni, academicians, and scholars. Alumni applicants will be entered into the Alumni Awards, and winning stories will be celebrated digitally in a promotional campaign across the country and internationally.

- Earned HEC scholarship
- Have gone on to achieve exceptional success
Formation of HEC Alumni Association:
HEC will establish an alumni association of its alumni. The purpose is to provide socialization and networking opportunities to HEC alumni. This association may further establish its chapters based on the field of specialization of members, nature of the job, and locations.
HEC Alumni Conference:
HEC will organize an annual conference for its alumni. Alumni conferences will be theme based and present excellent opportunities for networking, socialization, and learning about HEC developmental projects. This platform also presents the best alumni awards to selected alumni.
Potential Beneficiaries
Potential beneficiaries include prospective candidates who may be interested or hunting for scholarships to earn higher education and upgrade their research & professional skills. AEP program may benefit this group by offering different programs, and one such flagship program is Alumni Mentorship.
Alumni mentorship program:
Alumni mentorship raises awareness of the HEC scholarship programs and sets expectations for all potential beneficiaries. Alumni mentoring captures the entire essence of philanthropy, including the broad concept of giving of time, talent, treasure, and ties. The key benefactors of this mentorship connection are mentees—in this case, potential beneficiaries—who are looking for information about HEC's scholarship programs. The emphasis is on creating and maintaining a mentorship program that offers an efficient and practical approach to enabling mentees to gain self-development-related guidance.
HEC, with the support of alumni, will conduct active marketing and promotion of its different scholarship programs. This may include online webinars, seminars, and panel discussions.
