 FIRST STAGE:

• Apply for the scholarship program on​ HEC Scholarship Portal (https://scholarship.hec.gov.pk/)
  
• The last date for the application submission is 15 May 2025, and the nomination will be updated on 27-30 May 2025 (tentatively)

SECOND STAGE:

• HEC Nominated applicants will be required to submit their online application on https://portal.edu.az/
• List of study fields attached below has programs according to four (4) languages (separate sheets in excel wookbook), view the desired discipline in your desired language and program.

​BENEFITS:

The scholarship covers the following benefits and entitlements:

• Tuition fee
• International flight (Once a year, economy class)
• Monthly stipend for meals, accommodation and utilities costs (800 AZN)
• Medical insurance (200 AZN)
  
• Visa and registration costs
