When a scholar returns to Pakistan after availing fellowship, he/she needs to submit the following documents:

• Feedback Performa Click here to Download IRSIP Feedback Performa
• Foreign supervisor's comments/progress report
• Joining report endorsed by Head of Department at parent institution
• A copy of passport pages which may show your Exit & Entrance​
