HEC

• Selected candidates will be required to execute a bond with HEC and return to Pakistan to complete their PhD studies at their parent universities. (Click here to download specimen ) . CNIC copies and official seals of witnesses are mandatory.
  
• Selected candidates will have to avail the scholarship within six month from the date of issue of award letter or before any such date as specified by HEC
• Two or more applicants supervised by the same local supervisor must have different foreign supervisors or different universities.
• HEC reserves the right to cancel the scholarship at any stage if any documentation is found to be false or if any ambiguity is identified.​
