Guidelines for the trainees who have been placed at “Northwest A&F University, China" Only for their applying process issues at the university portal:
i. Entries in the financial supporter and guarantor section on the university portal: Trainees can input either the institutes they are from or Northwest A&F University.
ii. Letters of recommendation from professors: Please upload Provisional Award letter issued by HEC.
iii. Study plan in Northwest A&F University: Trainees need to submit their plan for the 3 - month study period at Northwest A&F University. If the trainees find it hard to write one, they could just leave it blank.
iv. Non - availability of majors in English: The majors in English should be accessible on the system, as illustrated in the attached picture.
v. Regarding the acceptance letter, trainees can simply leave it blank without entering any information.
