Apply Online via HEC Portal:
After completing your profile, select “Learning Opportunities Abroad."
Submit your application and retain a signed printed copy for applicant record.
- Update your HEC profile with valid and operational email address and contact number before applying. These details will be used for contacting the applicant after nomination.
Apply Online via CSC Portal:
Both HEC and CSC applications are mandatory.
Failure to submit on both portals will result in disqualification.
- For Undergraduate Studies CSCA assessment test is mandatory
- Applicants intending to enrol in September 2026 are required to register for and take the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) on December 21, 2025. Obtain a valid Score Report before the China application deadline and upload it to the system. Applicants should confirm required test subjects with their target institutions. More information is available at www.csca.cn
Do not send hard copies to HEC or Chinese Embassy. Hard copies are not required at this stage of the process. Saved/incomplete or by-hand applications will not be entertained or considered.
